  • Through gentle and curious conversation with both you and your energy body, we identify the core themes you are grappling with during this phase of your life. I then get to work clearing energy.

    What does it mean to clear energy? Just like our body keeps the score¹, our energy body houses all of our experiences, emotions, beliefs, triggers, and even intergenerational patterns. Energy healing can help you resolve the root cause of an issue by removing the charge associated with it, and help you cultivate the safety and freedom required to live a joyous and fulfilled life.

    Based on your history and what you’d like to work on, I create a tailor made treatment strategy that targets the themes you’d like to work with using a combination of the above. I spend the energy work portion of the session working with these aspects in your energy body to help you create and live a life that feels good to you.

    While this is not therapy, I use my background as a therapist to inform the work I do. The frameworks within which the healing is situated are psychological as much as they are spiritual.

    At the end of a session I help your energy body anchor itself to the earth, bring itself into alignment, and replenish its reserves. Sessions usually end with some coaching, feedback and integration.

    Clearing, realigning and replenishing serve to keep you in an energized and balanced state for the next few days. Eventually, if you’re interested, you’ll learn how to gradually do this for yourself so you have energy tools to rely on when things are challenging, or even to boost satisfaction when things are good.

  • Things that you previously understood only intellectually, start to find a home in your body. You may have known intellectually what you needed to do to calm your anxiety, but you might not have known how to fully translate that into your body, so you could actually stop feeling anxious when you wanted to. Through energy clearing and the skills I teach you, you’ll learn how to flip the switch and bring yourself back to a place of calm when you need to. You'll learn how to maintain your center during stressful situations, self regulate, and regain your personal power in a way that quiets many of your fears.

    Energy healing can also help you with identifying and releasing beliefs and blocks that are standing in your way. It can help you process, integrate and move past old stories and traumas, so you can approach your life with fresh eyes, a deep inner confidence and excitement for each day.

  • No. Energy healing is also a great way to boost your overall levels of satisfaction and wellbeing. I also love working with people looking to deepen a creative practice, or work through creative blocks such as writer's block or dancer’s block.

  • Self-reflection and steps taken towards change on your part are a key part of your growth and unfoldment, with the work we do together acting as support and inspiration towards those steps.

  • We start with a conversation where both of us are seated, get to know each other a bit and take a closer look at what brought you here. After determining what you’d like to focus on, we get started. You lie down on a massage table, get comfortable and I get to work clearing energy. I work within the chakras and your energy field, which extends up to 2 feet all around you. For some of the work, I place my hands on your chakras with your consent, and for the rest I work in a hands off manner in your energy field above you.

    After the clearing we have a quick chat. I provide you with feedback, help you integrate some of the work, and leave room for any questions you may have. Depending on your needs, I may also give you energetic skills to practice on your own until our next session.

We log off, you find somewhere comfortable with no distractions to lie down and rest, and I begin working on your energy field.

    We reconvene on zoom and have a quick chat. I provide you with feedback, help you integrate some of the work, and leave room for any questions you may have. Depending on your needs, I may also give you energetic skills to practice on your own until our next session.

  • After a year and a half of providing sessions exclusively in person, I started offering online sessions as part of my ongoing training with the Energy Healing Institute. To my surprise, and maybe yours too, I found zero difference in the effectiveness of online and in-person sessions. My continued work confirms this, and clients report benefits just as significant from online sessions as they do from in person sessions.

  • Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

  • Yes. A limited number of low cost sessions are available to BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour).

  • Yes. Please inform me 24 hours prior to our appointment time if you need to cancel or change an appointment. No shows or late cancellations will be charged the total cost of the session booked (with reasonable exceptions).
